Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 6–10 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Order Not Received
If you haven’t received your order within the expected time, contact info@rivelle-montreal.com and we will check the status of your shipment immediately.

Returns or Exchanges
Want to return or exchange a product? Send an email to info@rivelle-montreal.com with your full name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive all necessary instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the courier chosen.

Return Conditions
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and must not have been used.
